recycling green waste in orpington

I usually work in sussex, but I have picked up a large job in Orpington Kent.

Does anyone know of agreen waste recycling plant in that area. The only place I have found want £150 a ton, which in my opinion is crazy.

Star lane was always free when I worked there. They'd just tip it in the road overnight & by the next day the fairies had taken it away.

You've got St Margrets Farm which is near Dartford so probably about 30 mins from Orpington and they charge £30 per load for whatever you have on the back and any size wagon

These people charge £25 for green waste; if you have enough it may be worth the 1/2 hour drive.

Hi Chas, just a heads up if you use Tamar, they only take payment from card (no cash) & hi vis vest must be worn on site.

And the access lane is very narrow with large pot holes.

it is narrow

narrow enough to get an artic up there

the pot holes are fairly large but you can drive round them
