Dont know if this link will work but you could just buy new from German Ebay, just ask them to confirm cost of postage to the UK.

I can't seem to get the eBay links working, but I'll try to dig further.

links not working, just tab in German ebay, then stihl ms 192 t in the general search, use translate top of page, you should find a dealer, i have been buying saws this way, you may need to ask them to confirm postage to uk and costs, cheep as chips and solves that problem, we are all in the same country after all !!!! eu.

Was going to say, have to check ebay, because all the stihl handlers here in germany seem to have only the new 193. What they did with all the 192's in stock, i have no idea...
