Passed a job today where they had layed new turf and they were going over it with the wacker plate is this normal? Never seen it done before and thought surely that can't be good for it

No definitely real turf as passed yesterday and seen it stacked on the drive. It's a new build that there trying to sell quickly I think. No Dave not a blue van in sight

I hate to see people use them before laying turf to help prep, but after it's laid is a definate no no imo

 

 

I thought the same but thought it best to ask as it's not something I've seen done before
