Would be worth it as a permanent APF type showground but with live harvesting and timber conversion which at the end of the 3 days the 1750 members could sell as there annual income.

Biomass plant would generate far more and cost far less and would not be subject to the sneaky uplift clause. (The reason why I came across the site in the first place)

But with the £40k/year per wind turbine the landowner doesn't have to invest any money. The wind farm developer just rents a small square of land and gives the landowner rent. There's absolutely no investment from the landowner.
