Hi All

just bought a 51 plate jimny and wonderd is anyone else uses one for work.

And what size wheels and tyre you have found best , been considering making adapters to put landrover wheels and 600 x 16 destine tyres on the truck. Have you made any other mods to your trucks.

thanks chris :confused1:

If you intend to use on the road a lot I wouldn't bother putting big tyres on and lifting it as it makes the ride horrible, just stick with some all terrain or mud tyres of the same size or slightly larger than standard

I've got one. Don't use it for work, but it's very good off road. Doesn't have a huge amount of space in the back, though the rear seats do fold down and lift out. Not bad on fuel either. Got some character! Standard road wheels on mine. When they wear out, I'll fit ATs. Can't be bothered to lift it etc. as it spoils road holding, and I don't do hard core off roading really.

I had one.Got the head planed and fitted a Webber Carb and a set of extractors. It went alot better. They were very popular with Hunters back home.

I had a set of BFG Mud Terrains on it eventually.I used to get the front guards packed with Mud and have to use a folding shovel to clear them out.
