New ash shaft

Yes I could but the are not very nice and I don't think they are ash. A lad I knows Dad used to make them but he is no longer with us. I really want a nice ash shaft showing the lovely grain.

 

I think the ones available are generally Hickory, which is pretty good.

 

Are you wanting it to display rather than use?

what measurements are the cross section and how long is it?

 

 

 

i can make one but am very busy at the moment so it may not be a couple of weeks before i can do anything.
