Hold on, your compairing a braked trailer thats built to carry more weight to a non braked trailer!! lets be fair :001_rolleyes:

ifors have a single bar draw bar not a proper frame.... when i priced an ifor with 13" wheels and mesh kit it was 1200 inc vat...

Thats the point i was making. For the price of an unbraked 750kg single drawbar paxton + £200 i got a 1400kg single axle braked twin beam ifor. So pounds for quality, gross and residual value in my opinion a ifor is better. I bypassed the p8e series and got a gd85.

you can pick up good second hand ifor indespension.james. and the build quality is good. the ones shown are not braked bet time will come and you wished you got one with brakes on so you can take more chip or rubbish.

not knocking them. but when it comes to sell the top 3 will sell better.

The Ifors are strong, but heavy.

Check out the Anssems PSX1300 (dropside platform braked trailer). Strong but not too heavy, well made (German) & with 1600kg running gear. Did I mention versatile?

Also check out the Humbaur Loady (1300kg tipper).... but expensive and probably not in stock anywhere!

Cheers, Steve

Hi Sir

We have noticed that you are looking at a 6x4 trailer with mesh sides. Indespension has a number of options for you. Our website has a catalogue of new trailers. Although we do have a second hand section that is changing constantly.

It would be good to know some specification of what your looking for such as the WEIGHT your looking for and also your BUDGET.

Here is a link to our website.

I hope this helps. Although if you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask.

  • 5 weeks later...

Just to update this thread.

In the end I've gone for a Brenderup 1205S. I've managed to pick a lightly used one with extended sides off Gumtree for £375

1205S STEEL TRAILER 750KG 203x116

The main reason I've chosen this is that it will store on its end when not in use and so take up a lot less space.

Pick it up later this week :-)
