I recently got made redundant as a climber/team leader. I am looking for another job in the south west. I've tried all the usual avenues (arbjobs, country side jobs etc) so i thought i'd this a go. I have got NPTC cs 30 31 38 39 40 UA1. I've done a lot of utility work and private stuff.

Has anyone got any ideas?

P.S My wife is expecting our second child in a few weeks, so the timing wasn't brilliant!

I'd just like to give Tom a public reference - I worked with him for nearly 4 years down Devon way and can highly recommend him.

Since Devon and I parted company I have gone on to become a lecturer and have been involved in training in excess of 250 arb students - some excellent, some bad - but given the choice I'd employ Tom over 99% of them.

You cartainly won't go far wrong! I'd glady supply any further references if required - just PM me.

Jason/Dave, I'm based in the Okehampton area of Devon so think Dorchester/ Penzance may be just to far for me to travel on a daily basis, but thankyou very much for your replies! I'm managing to keep myself busy until something a bit more permanant comes up locally.

Thankyou Mark for your kind words.
