Rabbits like em. Supposed to be good for digestive discomfort too.

Is this the start of an edible wild plants and their uses thread then? Great idea.

Another obvious one: dandelions. Leaves as salad, roots roasted and used as coffee. Also acorns can be roasted and used like coffee.

I hope Clover is Edible, my daughter was eating yesterday (from back garden lawn).I read somewhere that dandelion leaves are the most nutritious salad there is.

Really good for soup.

Tasty, nutritious, easy to cook and there's always a plentiful (and free) supply.
