chipper blades need to be hollow ground so they cut normal grinder will flatten them so they do not cut send them or take to a proper grinding service firm who have a hollow grinder as for doing guillotine blades

Not all chipper blades are hollow ground!!!

If fact most aren't !

Is it a chipper, is it a mower or another broken stump grinder who cares we'll fix it!

We do our own on a converted mower blade grinder, its got coolant running on the blades as it grinds and it does them in pairs so they stay the same weight.

Just by chance the grinding head turns 90 degrees so it can hollow grind or flat with the same wheel. The bed at the back also flips and is adjustable. Other than the round discs on the small greenmech chippers this old girl has done all our vermmeer, timberwolf , schliesling and morbark blades. Brilliant tool.
