I have, I was disappointed with it on 28" and tbh .1kw power increase is poor for separating pro models

Eh, she's made more for longer bars. I've mostly ran 066's and 660's in that range. I am told the 394/395's with a bit of tuning run much stronger than 660's.

Still, I prefer the 385/390 ported to either.

Exactly, much better saws, I prefer my 385 to either (I have used all 3). I personally find the 385/390 lighter, and simply swapping the carb for the 372xt carb is a great improvement

I am sure it is, those saws are seriously "plugged up" at both ends, as they come from the factory. The 19mm+ venturi of the RWJ-4 vs. 17.5mm surely helps, and those saws are prime candidates for it. :001_smile:

Anyone use an echo 620 in the woods?

yeah we have one, highly rate it.had a 600,610,now a 620.subtle improvement in power through the models.suited more to hardwood I would say, great torque,anti-vib and build quality, economical too.on an 18" bar you can bury it full length and it'll come out smiling :001_smile:
