When I discovered how difficult it is to leave anything other than positive feedback for Checkatrade companies I realised that it's all a bit of a scam. It's nothing to do with quality, it's all about money.

 

I actually avoid Checkatrade registered companies now and rely on genuine recommendations.

There was a watchdog investigation about the negative feed back, or should we say lack of.

 

Make no mistake, they look after the their client, the paying client, which is the tradesman, not the public who search for a tradesman.
