I've found Mike very helpful and has always got back to me within a couple of hours regardless of the day of the week.

Maybe he is away on holiday or something ?

Did you pay by card? If you did, I suggest you instruct the card issuer to cancel the transaction and recover the loss.

He doesn't take cheques as it's to far to the bank!!!
