Hi guys I'm going to order myself a spiderjack but wondering what rope you would advise getting. I like the 13mm rather than the smaller stuff but will the device self tender with 13mm?

Also need to replace my harness and looking at the new sequoia anyone rate them as I've been told I won't want to wear it all day?

Thanks in advance

I don't know any thing on the spider jack but a friend of mine uses the sequoia new one and rates it! He had the older model and said the new one is excellent upgraded back support (deeper) and also the legs loops he climbs srt with a zigzag.

Go for a rope around 11.7 and you will get the best of both worlds Yale blue tongue or tachyon are both really nice. I personally don't like the old sequoia as I felt it didn't have enough back support but the best thing to do is try befor you buy

What are the chances? I have a Spiderjack and Ropeguide for sale? Listed them on Arbtrader but no takers.

I've just bought a treemotion best thing I have done very comfy can wear it all day had a 550 hanging on it today no problems feels like you could even hang a ms660 of it. . Same goes for gecko spikes.

I've found it self tends on 13 but needs more rope underneath it
