We have taken delivery of the first upgrade from our old 150's to the new TW240 turntable machines.

We have had one on demo for a week or so and we are impressed with its performance so will be swapping our fleet over the next few months - as machines become available. :001_smile:

How do you find it? Have you compared them to a quad chip? What's the sloping infeed like to live with?

Anyone know how they improved the bearings and/or flywheel fins?

Thanks.

We were impressed with it and against the greenmech we didn't find a massive difference in chipping capability.

The sloping infeed is strange at first but like anything you get used to it.

The heavy duty twin disc rotor seems to help its capability.

Be interesting to hear more reviews once they have had a few hundred hours on them. I agree the lightboard looks vulnerable, not seem one in the flesh though only the onine pictures.

Does it have a spare? None of the pictures show one fitted.

No spare as it takes it over 750kg
