If it doesn't free you up somewhat your doing something wrong.

 

 

 

it depends if you've got passion and drive for what your doing. I imagine id have more time on my hands if I cared less about the business and im sure most on here would agree

Yes I have passion for the job , and I love working , I ,know its sad ,

Luckily I don't do site visits , and quoits just repeat chipping for regular customers . probably the way it is going 4 days a week chipping and 1 logging , so just a few phone calls and lots of lovely maintainance mmm

Peace of bun, you've built the business within the confines of a 8-5pm job, now you answer to no one.

Yes I have been planning

Going to rent a 4 bed farm house with loads of buildings for workshops , and dutch barn for logs , and huge leanto for toys

Next year they are planning to put biomass in hopefully so loads of heat and rads in the workshops no more brrrrr

I know where your coming from John, I've been a workaholic too, owned my own business, done the council rapido crap and all shades in between. I just got to the point where I had to honestly ask myself is this all there is and what else would I like to split my time with, and we ALL have other things in life we would like to have more time for.

 

I prefer working 3 days for the same as 5 and having two days over to read, write, walk, garden and generaly spend time with my friends and family.:001_cool:
