Red pfanner gloves are very good just don't last unfortunately

 

I get about 3 weeks out of mine, the grip goes towards the end, which is an arse with the zigzag.

Yeah 3 weeks I would say is tops, I use a lock jack and burn through the grips on descends which then makes hand over hand ascents impossible

The amount of times ive put them on then had a wig out and thrown em off on a hand over hand hahaha!

I buy my own when i shouldn't have to, the boss only provides them crap sticky gloves, cant even do a carabiner in them.

Why shouldn't you have to buy them? They aren't mandatory ppe so an employer isn't obliged to provide you with them. I'm particular about what gloves I wear so I just buy my own!
