Grazon on new seeded lawn

normally you need to wait for about 6 months before you can use grazon 90 or other selective weedkiller.or else you will check the grass too much.if you go earlier and with a weaker mix you wont kill the weeds, regular mowing will tighter the sward and help maybe not with ground elder .a mpca weekiller is cheaper but less effective.jake

I agree with biggarlogs, its better to wait a bit as most chemicals will have a not positive effect on the new grass, i use lawn sand regularly on my front garden as moss is a constant problem, 3-0-0-7Fe, but for general broadleaf applications grazon can be fierce expensive, i find a generic 2,4-D just as good. Technically i think you need a PA1 and or 2 to apply these, as well as grazon.

+1 grass to young will stunt it have to wait just mow the weeds to keep them down docks hate being mowed will die off if bad next year then knock them with grazon

only if doing for a client pa1 and 6 required. and grazon was withdrawn unless some have it in stock. do not know what the new ones are. need the full works for grazon boots ppe gloves mask and visor got a job to do with it not looking forward to it. maybe thats why they withdrew it. but it does the job

have to say for total gone to cda so easy to use only boots and gloves so easy and cheap to use and does the ctrick. stuff knapsacks. pity they do not do selective for them make job so easy.
