All good questions to ask too.

What is your woodchip quality like?

What model is it?

Is the "No stress" device working as it should?

Have you rang GreenMech service and asked Mac or Jason for advice?

Whereabouits are you?

I bet its the new model...

Have 2 on hire and they do it all the time with elder or conifer or the end of birch..

If I could get the parts to fix my mark1 I would be happy, but since they put oliver out in the wilderness I have to deal with the orange machine.. xxxkxxs..... 3 weeks and still waiting...................lets try a spider

Phone me,

Phone Big Al,

Phone Karl Bak from Orange if you have issues - part if our job is to resolve issues.

If you think a tweek on the settings in the control box is required, then phone Mac or Jason and ask.

Is the anvil gap OK?

Is there something in the discharge that might be snagging

Also check the diameter of the disc blades are not under spec diameter plus on the newer 1928s there's a chip breaker that gets bent.

I don't see what you mean about the new machines blocking. I have had a quadchip for 18 months now and NEVER had a blockage. Friday we did a take down on a weeping willow in monsoon conditions and although some of the really green stuff didn't quite make the back of the truck it never blocked. I have never chipped anything wetter.

sounds like it needs a repair rather than a design fault. Ours is old but still seems to spit everything through even when using the chipper and shredder together.
