Ive had a Kwikchip 120 6" for a few years now. Today the engine blew. Cracked head or block :(

Im in two minds as to buy a new chipper and get what i can for my old one or to buy a new engine?

What should i do and how much would i get for my chipper with a buggered engine?:confused1:

Some years back I bought a brand new 25hp Lombardini engine for my chipper.

It cost about 2.2k - that was about 6 years ago.

See what you can find at what cost.

See what a running chipper like yours sells for and decide what to do.

You might be able to pick up a half decent used engine.

If you like everything else about your chipper it may be worth fixing it.

Let me know the make model S/No of the engine and I will see do regading parts prices for you if thats any help. Chipper repairs is one of the many things we do!
