Value of Walnut pieces

Hi All,

 

Have had to have a walnut cut down and was wondering how much I might sell it for and if theres much chance of finding a buyer given the way its been cut.

 

To give some scale, the piece on the far right of the first photo is roughly 5' in length.

probably best as firewood, too short/ small dia. for bothering to mill

Only really good for wood turners as the lengths are all pretty short and the diametres not great. More effort then it is worth really......

call a few local turners and save it from the flame...
