I've had one of the hardest days of my life today. My daughters 5th birthday party was today and I'm struggling with not being with her mother, when I say struggling its getting me so down and I feel so low...

Prior to us splitting up in January this year we had an awful 2 years together, seeing her today has ripped my heart out, I love her and want my wife back... 😢
