What ever you do shrek dont forget to take it with u one day cos you'll be amazed at just how hard it is to pull yourself up a tree!!! haha.

 

i have been working on the big guns since capel mate, franks awesome physique put me to shame, his arms are so muscular and his stomach is like a wash board. i have been eating 6 chickens a day and walking on my hands to work. i feel the ropeguide is going to be dangerous now as i will go up too quick:001_tongue:
