LOLER certifiable splices

Can you explain further Carl?

 

I am confused... In you e.g above, if it doesn't have a splice termination then it isn't a re splice.

 

Ok, if you buy a rope with a spliced eye and then cut that rope and I put a new splice in that rope that is a SERVICE and not manufacture, if you buy a brand new rope with no spliced eye and you want me to splice you an eye in the end then that also is a SERVICE and not manufacture

 

If I purchased a reel of new rope cut it into lengths and spliced an eye into each length then re-sold each length then that is manufacture.
