In Camberly? thats 5mins from me. I went in there once to change some chainsaw trowsers that i had.

Did you see all the old saws in the reception.

Know that you have reminded me of the place i just remembered the rather nice girl that sorted me out.

Yeah thats the place, it may be worth a shot asking for some workshop manuals.

As to how you go about doing a course there you need to get a dealership to send you as a member of their staff.

ive been away and only just read this thread....al is probably right...i dont know how this stands with the copyright...i'd imagine not too good

Agreed, they protected the software and not released it to joe public for a reason.

My license key has expired now anyway, and I won't be able to get another copy.

There is a website that has the Stihl workshop manuals, but even that dissapears periodically, I could'nt find it with google.

Still if anyone wants part numbers or diagrams, i'll try and send them in a pm.

i have a link to some stihl manuals online, but in the interest of not upsetting stihl and the website owner i wont post the link but if anyone is after something specific i will email them the link.

also its mainly for older saws mostly before they became the ms series it does have the chain and carb manuals on it also,
