I need to buy employees new boots and was wandering what the best boots are. We have had meindl, elton, stein over the years but rarely get 12months out of a pair. I now have gone back to Klima Air as my first pair lasted 3 years but at they are £200+and we allow £150 for boots.

What do you guys reccomended? Is there a decent pair for £150 or should I just increase the boot allowence?

well i suppose if you pay £150 and only get one year out of them paying the extra £50 to make £200 is worth it if you get 3 years out of them, that is cost effective for you, try ebay as well go to a shop find the right size what you need then go on ebay and buy them, i have Elton forestry usually last about a year cost £120 in shop i got them on ebay brand new this year for about £85 worth looking into :thumbup1:
