Yes do have buses byt last one out of lynn is 4pm so even a 9to5 job how am i getting home? Im not trying to put obstacles in the way i am trying to get into.The world of trees and person so far whos gave me a chance is stihlben i no i messed up once. But i had my reasons

Can i remind you that the first day you were 30min + late and then I gave you a 2nd chance & you did not turn up!!

 

Lots of people on here are trying to help you (by giving advice).

You need to wake up and smell the coffee because this is not going to happen while you don't have any cash in your pocket & transport. They are building a new Tesco & the end of your road get a job there to pay for your driving licence then go & try to get a job with CGM etc..

 

But then I have given you this advice already & you have not done it.

 

I have given you 2 chances now & given you advice there are not many people around that get that from me!

seems to be a lot of everything is a problem ...if you were 30 mins late for work in my yard ,youd be pretty lonely as everyone would be 30 minutes away doing what they should be. best advice id give is take a good look at what you have been saying and see why its not working out

I am not trying to knock you David I am trying to HELP YOU! I am not going to get into a slagging match with you because I really don't have the time! I was trying to point out that you did not help yourself & that Ben is not only person to help you because there is a lot of people trying to help you! When I said 30min late I was benign kind I drove all over Swaffham looking for you!!

TBH I could not give a monkeys what you have said to other people!

Yes you did work hard on the day BUT that does not make up for MY time that I LOST WAITING FOR YOU!

Yea i understand that mate and i understand where ed is coming from and i do agree with him but to publicly put me down is really not fair is it i have said nothing but nice things about him and yes i no i get ticked off easy but if say you did work on some trees for me and i came on here publicly putting your serivce down you wouldnt be happy or like it

Yes i know you did. Due to badcommunication on my part and i no that dont make up you time but havent i been messaging offering to work for free to make it all up

the reason I actually said anything on this is because , you don't see the point that ,your turning up late is affecting the other guys business,this is a business that he has worked hard to build and get himself established.just saying I had my reasons doesn't make it right if he had lost a client, remember this is a business that has taken time and effort to build up . something that you are learning isn't easy.

the golden rule is simple , no one owes you , you need to make your own way and if given a chance don't let that person down because those chances will quickly vanish

I told him my reasons but to clear them up one my dad passed away and i was on sleeping tablets

in that case id have said I wont be able to make it in the first place......it may sound harsh but your personal issues should affect anyone else. this is what I mean about . the fact that no one owes you a living . you need to make it happen for your self and anyone , me included would understand you telling them your not going to make it to work on that day for a genuine reason as you have just said. it makes for a much more reliable and open approach . im not knocking you just putting it out there as someone giving you a pointer that would hopefully get you in the right direction . a big thing with me is reliability , be on time , turn up when expected, and get on with it when your there . get that right and your 75% there .

as for the work , first off take anything at all you can , get your driving test done , thatll open a lot more chances or see if you can get on a rail de-veg team , always working away so then you transport issue is cut to a minimum straight away. just think of what you can do instead of the things you think are stopping you from getting on
