ordered some consumables and chainsaw trousers... went missing, supposedly courier...the only thing they said was go to police. police said was a civil matter.. Never got my parcel or any help from them in the end.... as has been said, use gustharts................

Well I took delivery of my items yesterday, that I ordered and payed for 14weeks ago tomorrow! I could not recommend enough, NOT TO USE Northern Arb Supplies. Not a hint of a apology for the delay!

I would like to apologise for your bad experience with our company, I can assure you that this is not standard practice.

 

Earlier on this year we were having staff issues as someone previously mentioned and were getting increasingly busy. I understand that this is not an excuse for the problems you experienced but I can guarantee that all the problems here have now been rectified and business is back to normal.

 

We now have more staff available to keep all our customers up to date with their orders and have always taken great pride in our attitude towards customer service as many of you will already know when dealing with Saturn Machine Knives & Northern Arb Supplies.

could not praise Will at Saturn machine knives enough great service.

Ordered stuff a few times from Northern Arb, and the boss uses Saturn all the time. Neither of us have had any problem with service
