I won't turn it down. Dry after six months, burns fast but hot and makes great kindling. I think it depends on the species but I'm happy with anything other than Lombardy.

You find Lombardy burns ok Peasgood? Maybe it's just the stuff we get in NZ. Always seems to be wet or like Balsa and just falls apart.
