back pack blower

I have a br600 and actually managed to lift up a yorkstone paving flag whilst blowing a path; only lifted it an inch or so but it was one of the old 4'x2' and about 1" thick.

Could you not have put the blower in the chipper hopper so when it then shuts up for road travel it secures the blower there?

 

 

No, it's a tracked chipper and is open. That would also leave it open to being nicked.

I really miss my old Echo backpack. We used to call her Tornado!!!

Absolutely awesome tool for clean up, used to just stand in the middle of the lawn and spin round and everything just disappeared.

They may have more blow but I can't agree with you. I had a back pack blower and found it hard to carry about in the landy, it had to be in the back with chip getting a soaking if raining and dirty from the chip. The BG 86 fits in my tool box in the landy body and still gives a good blowie.
