Had a couple of those saw horses, they are good because they support the weight of the saw and you can get all your logs cut the same length. But I had to buy another as the bolt that clamps the saw threaded after about 6 months use. I got mine for around £50 so was cheaper to get another than faff about trying to fix it. It's still not ideal for mass production of logs though, they just aren't made for those kind of quantities. Too flimsy.

Had an Oregon saw horse before that, the one where you pile a load of lengths in then cut. But that snapped broke after about 12 months of use. These things are designed for domestic use really.

Gone for something heavier duty now so tomorrow I've got a PTO driven circular saw turning up

That's a handy piece of kit how much and where can you buy one?

I got mine over 2 years ago from Smart-Holder Log Holder and Saw Horse. Free UK Delivery

There are similar named ones about but not the same quality.

If you read the reviews for them, mine is at the bottom so the very first review for one.

I've got a small John Deere compact tractor that I've often thought we could attach a circular log saw, I'd be interested to see what you've got and guide price. Thanks
