I have a 441 as my main saw and i love it. Bit heavy for general ground work really, but i have a really bad habit of using another type of saw altogether for slicing down to chippable size.....

I run it with a 20" bar most of the time, and i have a 25" for chogging down bigger stuff.

got any links to these??

T'dog,

The MS660 is a beast, not suitable for making hundreds of small cuts like delimbing a tree you just felled. Its very thirsty on fuel and using one of these day in day out for your average UK arb work is like of using a sledgehammer to crack a walnut. Not a good saw to buy your doing a wide variety of work.

Here is a shot of my 660 - its the best saw I own, but there is no way I would buy one if it was going to be my only ground saw.

If your training buy a 36 its the most used ground saw i know. why buy husky there ok but stihl are the top for a reason. i started with 2 200t's and 1 husky 365 special. I always buy new as you know there not fooked.

Dont get a 441 or 66 you will have hardly any use for a while.
