its now on there head if something happens and they are liable for any damages to the road, people, vehicles or anything else in the area as the law states lol

Good on yeah at least you gave it a bash.

 

They might change there stance on loving trees if it injures someone or worse!

 

Plus if it does do some damage they have no excuse now not to have done something about it :thumbdown:

haha! thats a great idea! get a massive tab from it instead of payment. i should think that it would be a more attractive proposition for him.
