i sold mine because it was to gutsy on fuel, i tried driving at 28 mph, it was worse. they are like tractors mate. dont be tempted. i lost 9k in a year on mine:scared1:

Jesus mate!!! I REALLY want a 4x4 but my mrs lives in Liverpool and im in Manchester, Im doing between 3 and 500 miles a week so the MPG thing is a pretty big factor when it comes to buying a new car! :mad1:

4x4s use more fuel than most cars, i went for a vw van. best i have ever had. full tank65quid does 600 about the town, if you want to sit at 50mph on a motorway you will get 50mpg.:001_smile:

My Rodeo is three years old, has done 170k miles, one its second set of tyres and gets between 360 and 480 miles to the tank (26-35mpg). Ultra reliable, comfortable blah blah blah, but 4x4 trucks are dear to own if you don't need 4x4 or towing capabilities.

Thats half my dilemma mate, I do really want a 4x4 but i know ill hardly ever use to its potential, if i got one id probably go off road just messing about a hand full of times and only tow a trailer 3 or 4 times a year when i get the odd Foreigner!!

Ill probably end up with one, i can always sell it if its costing to much to run!

if you have the money, and dont mind loosing it. buy one. but there isnt much room in them compared to the navara. i fancy a 4x4 again, but if i do it will be a navara:001_smile:
