has anyone either used or own one any reviews or thoughts and maybe more importantly is there a uk supplier

I´ve used one alot. Id say im a master of that machine!

Very narrow (gates never been a problem...) climbs steps! Up or down...no problems. Winch capable of pulling/lifting 1000-1500kg, logs can be stacked on the flatbed and extracted with no marks left on lawn (have to be carefull as it is skidsteer) Extracting brash from below steep slopes is easy, just let the wire run as the machine goes up the slope, with you riding it, then just pull the brash up and off you go! Pros -light, versatile. Cons expensive and not very fast. Id buy one again...if I couldnt afford a Avant with a grapple....

thaks for the help lads just a quick one for quick thorn i did some digging and the prices start from 4500 for a basic model and for the top of the range complete with winch its 9000

Ours broke one day so we had to hire one for a day. It was the smaller one...

Get the big one with the proper "crane arm", enables you to do a lot more with it! The small one was pretty useless compared to the bigger one. More power, faster and overall a better buy.:001_smile:
