Makita dbc 4010. crank seal supplier?

me again - seal arrived - fitted it 12x32x7 - bit of grease on the lip and even a dab of hylomar on the outer edge.

as soon as the crank turns the seal also spins? and leaks air around the outside edge when pressure tested.

 

looked online for a bigger diameter - 12 x 33 x7 - doesn't seem to exist? - as i was putting it in i noticed that where it would seat there was like a large thin washer that would also turn - didn't pay much attention to that - not sure of it's purpose. The only other seal i've done was on a TS350 cut off saw and the seal clearly had a metal 'frame/body' that was tapped in snug with a socket - that all worked brill. I'm not sure how without that almost bendy metal exterior it would ever seal??
