Enjoyed that love watching old boys like that at work, dont see many characters like him anymore, thanks for posting

 

yea he is a realy nice guy,he still also has a water powered saw mill, and his son told me he offered to load on some big oak with his digger, but he refused and uses bars and rollers to get on to the table,just a shame that it is no longer viable for anyone to make a proper living out of these old mills,a trust may be taking it on but if more than one person is working in the mill at the same time they are classed as an employee, and insurance wont cover as to dangerous with open belts etc, but a bit dangerous for someone working on there own, as there is no off switch:001_huh: so its catch 22,
