Kwik chip mechanical help needed!!!!

your injection timing shouldn't have moved then i would suggest getting someone with bit more knowledge to look at the engine how did the bores look when you had the head off any scoring or lips at the top of the bores is the oil level correct as water goes into the drain holes when you take the head off and can shove the oil level up

He oil level is ok, an my friend is a mechanic he has done the work for me an were both out of ideas bar the diesel pump timing, everything looked fine and everything went smoothly with the head, it's not that much if a complicated engine to go wrong! that's what is driving me mad

without seeing the engine i am stumped sounds like you've done everything right

Sounds like it could have been an issue that was there but not showing itself, and by doing the work you have brought that problem out.

i had 1, of these chippers,i feel your pain,i was told by perkins they were made in china ,that cowling dosent help the over heating i put some vents in mine ,you could feel the heat coming out ,

its gonna be something oddball like a broken crank did it lock up with water in the bore

Lock up? It hasn't ceased up or anything like that? It turns over by hand etc

is there loads of end float on the crankshaft?
