If it just switching off instantly and then restarting its going to be a electric fault. Start with the cheapest and try a new plug and then like others have said maybe a new HT lead, ignition unit and cables ?

 

I agree, start with the cheapest first.

personally I would change the switch, wires and plug first off.

coils are expensive.

Hi all again checked ht lead this morning and rubber cover and connector onto plug came off end of ht lead when I gave it a small pull also where it fits onto plug was very loose.Replaced this and used saw for a good while and seems spot on should have' tried most obvious first .Thanks to everyone for all their suggestions.
