Tree Officer Qualification / training HELP please

fair point, thats the stage im at too. How are you finding the course? Im looking at one starting next september. What would you recommend before starting?

There is a fair bit of work. I'm lucky as I've done a degree in the past so am used to study. Provided you ate motivated you could manage it. I've knowledge already from what I've picked up in the day to day running of my business and from my a levels 12 years ago. I've done nothing specific prior to the course but general reading around tree biology wouldn't go a miss

I'm also planning on starting the level 4 in September through tree life, I was wondering if anyone could let me no how much extra reading/studying etc is required when at home. Cheers

im doing 4-10 hrs per week on average

How have you found it incorporating the 4 to 10 hours study into your work and home life?

I probably do 4 hours or so a week. I just sit down and do it its amazing how much time I waste during the week in an evening. I've not really changed anything still find time for running and family. The only downside is its a day,I could be out earning money rather than being in a classroom but I see it as an investment for my future.

You sound like you have got the self discipline sorted!

Very sound investment of time, effort and money....which I shall be doing myself next september hopefully.
