I saw that bench on ebay not so long back, did you make it? I liked it but it couldn't understand why the engine was left sitting higher than the bench or is it just how it looks in the pics?

I bought a McConnell safety saw bench in the end, either rip or fold the table down and a logging bench lifts up.. love it :-)

Yes the engine is sitting high..... its only for a bit of x cutting. I didn't make it, theres a go who put vintage saws/ mills etc together in Ashbourn.

Its a 'stenner & gunn table with a rushton 10hp diesel.
