saw test tomorrow

half a day left felling some poplars tomorrow so taking all in the armoury out as a bit of fun just to see who's top dog! probably set up 10 small cuts on a stopwatch then 10 big ones.armoury consists of:

242xp 13" .325

254xp 15" .325

550xp 13" .325

560xp 15" .325

echo 550 16" .325

echo 610 18" 3/8

ms460 20" 3/8

ms660 25" 3/8

dolmar 5105 16" .325

All full chisel chain

My money's on the 550xp but we'll see,will post up some results tomorrow :001_smile:

well I have a 133 but its pensioned off :biggrin:

 

i cant turn mine out to grass yet i got three at the moment :thumbup::thumbup:

my 7910 would be worth putting in the line up tomorrow

hopefully your 5105 will keep the side up tomorrow:thumbup1::thumbup1:my money is on this saw cheers shavey

second that; the 5105 should beat the 550xp; especially buried in timber... but not 16" vs 13"; put both on a 16 and the dolmar will surely win!

interesting to find another dolmar owner here :thumbup:

 

and echo :thumbup1:

 

I bought the echo because my local dealer pushed me onto them and not looked back,all my trimmers,long reach,pole saw and toppers are echo now,top stuff.

I bought the dolmar after you raved about them so much,if it loses tomorrow be it on your head TCD :biggrin:
