Wish I had a setup like that that's for sure!! must of cost a fortune!

 

No not really I use the tractor for yard duties and log splitting so had it anyway, The ranger is my main work truck log delivery vehicle.

why not stick a plough on the ranger?

 

That's ok for small sites, I normally start ploughing and my dad goes around spreading behind me normally one site behind find its the quickest way for us to get to all sites done.

Why didn't you just stick the spreader behind the tractor?

 

There is a pto spreader on that tractor already. I have to cover a fairly large area so be far too slow with just a tractor. Majority of the time it's mainly gritting so can cover areas quickly with the ranger plus all the salt, hand spreaders etc go in the buck.

I've got a plough for the front aswell.

 

That's smart, Do you find with that spreader the salt has to be very dry?

 

I have a couple of shopping centres with weight sensitive upper levels where the tractor can't go the rtv would be ideal for that.
