Did the Oppo, use the bucket to rig down the last part of the canopy @ 2.31 ish ?

That's what it looked like to me. :thumbdown:

 

Why'd you say that? the guy done a great job, used a block and the rigged pieces would've swung far enough away from the boom. Interesting he used a pole saw for some of the cutting when rigging. Be good to see that removal from another angle.

Not doubting the Guys ability, the whole job certainly looks like a slick operation.

But adding a dynamic force on to and above a buckets SWL is not clever in my book.

There is a pulley set on the Trunk for this section, but what's the reason for the bucket moving simultaeniously with the lowered piece toward the Chipper?

you can make out the pulley on the trunk, then he nips back up and removes it. i wonder why they didnt just fell it though:confused1:

You see the guy removing the rigging block he used for the piece from the stem at 2.36.
