Is it worth taking a few beers round and try to make peace with the man ?

He says he doesn't want to fall out and wants to be friends and then goes and steals land and then says it again.

Even if I did go and offer my friendship, he still wouldn't hand the land back, he's a taker not a giver.

The man must be worth in the region of 1/2 a billion, and that's just the property and business's I know of. I'm just a piece of crap on his shoe that wont wipe off, Mick

For stock proof fencing we only used three strands and never nailed to a tree as that can ruin future value of that crop. Pig netting for both pigs and sheep. Good luck with your battle, he sounds an obnoxious peice he really does.

I know full well what these people are like Dean, I hate anyone looking down their nose at me. You,ll be the better man for trying to resolve it over a few beers.:001_smile:

you will get no respect from him until you treat him like he has you, that is why he is "worth in the region of 1/2 a billion" by being a hard-nose businessman.

Ive worked for two fencing companys and as PeteB says the normal amount of strands for stock fence is three, you can put one on the bottom of sheep wire to stop lambs going under and if near any footpaths only plain wire, but judging by the job it looks like some odd job man has done it for him so would he notice if you pulled a strand off the bottom for your dogs to get under. hope you get it sorted soon.
