anyone else use boxing linament to ease the aches

Recommended Posts

Been logging all day and wrists are kn@@kered having broken both 4/5 times as a kid. Absolutely love getting a really hot deep bath and then putting some Namman Muay Thai Boxing: linament on the wrists then wrapping in crepe bandage.

Also put some on back of the neck and wrap in a scarf .... It's thermal....:gasthrower::gasthrower::

Awesome deep heat to relieve the aches n pains.

Anyone else do this?

My hamstring in my right leg has been giving me a lot of grief lately and i googled boxing linament and for deeper muscle aches it has no affect other than the warm feeling which has a bit of a placebo effect.

Havnt tried it but tempted. I suspect the missus will not be too happy me stinking the house out but she sort of used to that in one way or another lol

For anyone suffering with damaged nerves like sciatic be carefully with any kind of heat treatment , as the heat swells the nerves and makes it worse, found this out after buying a job lot of heat pads to wear DOH!!

VOLTEROL (Off the Telle) Works Really Well.!!

Instead of Heating like Deep Heat does n very rightly can damage nerves and highten pain .. Volterol cools, uses a pain killer and caffeine, without burning up the rest of the crews eyes, nose's and throats
