Two recent jobs

Here are some recent jobs, the first was a removal the second was a prune

 

The first two pics are a before and halfway through pic of a tree i did last week, went up roped the top out and was back down for 40mins of chipping before lunch (went up at half nine).

 

All the tops were roped out at the big crotch onto a 24mm 3 strand rope, all natural crotched, just to prove you don't need fancy gear to do the big stuff.

This tree was just to be pruned. it had slipped down the banking from vertical to the position below as it was being underwashed by the river. i went up and dumped the top out. it was well out the way. the owner wanted a bit of a tree left. bish bash bosh (god thats a southern phrase) top off head burnt and ropeswing made for afternoon fun. no pics

steve, the road was a bit thin and rather than smash it up we roped it. the back stems were dumped out.

 

the second tree i'm not 'proud' of but..... well.....
