Its the robert sorby turnmaster duluxe set.

Thing is i cant work out how to fit these two together lol. The two inserts wont allow this to fit and if i just pop it in, its not snug

It's a soverign handle system, there should be two collets. slide the collet in holes facing the grub screws then slide in tool and tighten grub screws

On mine 3/8 has a collet, the 1/2 slides in without a collet and so does the other one.

After speaking to robert sorby yesterday, this morning i received a 1/2" collet which now fits everything together. 👍

 

Great customer service from R.Sorby and what a shame about record power. Ill not be buying anything from them again, crap customer service. Tech team not knowing specs on their products and telling me im wrong about the countersunk screws, which theyve under had any problems before. ! Step out that bubble recordpower and read forums its a common problem !!
