i think after hearing of the one who paid £83k on children in need to see them i think he gave the right left and the dangly bit and the rights to even think of using them lol .... would have loved it but as you say watch the press ....... but if im sure it will still be expensive

I didn't see Led Zeppelin, but I did see UB40 at Wembly Arena on Friday night! they packed the place to the rafters what a night..

I heard a bloke on the radio today who paid 20,000USD for 2 tickets. Ouch! Sounded like an amazing gig though.

A friend of mine went to see them, did not turn in for work today so I have to wait till I see him in the factory later this week. I applied for three tickets as Xmas presents for my 11 year old son and 9 year old daughter but got told by ex-wife "No way" Bitch. Good job I wasn't successsful.

I would be well pissed off if I had paid a large amount of cash for the one-off gig only to find out they plan to tour.

 

I would have loved to have been at that gig though.

In 1982 I went to the final gig by Status Quo at the NEC. "The End of The Road Tour", still got the T shirt somewhere. How many final gigs have Quo done now? At least I went to the last of the first of the last!!!
