Zip line

Set this up this morning,we have over the last week been felling Trees in a School yard and now all the wood must be extracted.

There is a deep stone clad drain in the middle of the yard and a steep bank to the rear.

We put up the Zip line using 10mm Steel cable, one block riding the wire and another fastened to the Spar down the hill.

The chain block works well in hoisting the logs to the wire.Off the rider block is a Tail rope that runs to the Head Tree, through a pully and down to the Port a Wrap.

So far so good, got about 15 ton of logs to remove and will screw eye bolts into the big rounds and take them out like that.
